- Please open the Zoom client or access Zoom via zoom.us in your browser.
- Under Log in, select log in via SSO.
- To use the RWTH Single-Sign-On, please enter rwth.zoom.us as the company domain.
- You can now log in with your TIM identifier and start using Zoom immediately.
- If you encounter any problems, please contact us at video@cls.rwth-aachen.de.
Webinars with more than 300 attendees - If you need licenses, please contact our helpdesk at video@cls.rwth-aachen.de. Please always include the following information:
- Link to RWTHOnline
- If different from RWTHOnline: Event time: date or weekday, time, for regular events start and end date.
- Email address of the account that is to receive a larger license
- Number of participants of the event if known, otherwise please estimate
- Is there already a larger license over 300 participants associated with this account? If yes, which one, 500 or 1000?
- Mail addresses of other presenters of the event. Co-hosts, please make sure they are RWTH Zoom accounts, you can do this e.g. in the Zoom client under "Contacts" and "Company Contacts". Other account types cannot be appointed as co-host.
Licenses for larger events are webinar licenses only. For information on the differences in the functionality of meeting and webinar licenses, please refer to the "Holding an event using a virtual meeting room in Zoom" section in the download area of this page.
