Studies and Teaching Process Management

"Who does what, when, how, and with what?" – that is the key question in process management. To promote cooperative collaboration, we would like to ingrain process-oriented thinking together with you at RWTH and share our knowledge in this area with you. We help you analyze and document your processes and identify optimization potential. We offer consultations, moderated coachings, workshops, and training courses to guide you in developing your own solutions. The offer is individual and personal for single managers, role holders, and employees or collective and joint for departments, teams, and groups.
